As i have progressed throught skill tree I have found myself taking on bigger and badder Creatures.

Last night me and my Grand Wrix destroyed a nest of Monarch and Giant Dalraykes!

I know..most people see Dalraykes and immediately adjust coarse to avoid them. With a GW and leve2 across the board, they are not that bad...untill you get poisoned!\

Well i am sitting there dying from poison while first aid is not working...I am also bleeding and First Aid is raping my stats and taking toolong to implement....

Solution: I made camp and began to meditate...Take in mind ...I dont even have level 1 Meditate yet..just novice. Within literally seconds My bleeding stopped and the poison was punked out! I was pumped! I have since trveled with a group and while they are all falling over and dying from poison and bleeding I recover in seconds to the amazment of my group members. I am now sold on Meditate and will start training more in it because it works and is pretty cool to me now.

Yes, Meditation is definitely a plus. I only have the first level of it right now, going to try for the second level today. It has saved me from Bleed many times, as well as poison when I was travelling through the mountains of Naboo and tangled with a Spitting Rawl, and my favourite Master Doctor was not online and nearby at the time.

This is one of the skills I am looking forward to most! Especially the wound healing at meditate master and TKM. I've taken sit off of my hot key bar and replaced it with /meditate

Heheh, wound healing is the single greatest meditate perk there is. Being able to knock off all your wounds, including mental, just by sitting still for a minute, is SO nice. The only thing you can't undo is battle fatigue, but I guess that's what entertainers are for eh?

I might be one of the very few, but I mastered the meditate tree before any of the others. My skills are 4/0/1/1. I love the fact that I no longer need a doctor or need to clone. I thought it was more important for meto heal damage then to dish it out. Think of all the money I will save not having to tip doctors or pay for cloning

Actually, when I see a nest of Dalyrakes, I run towards them.

They are such easy xp, they are worth the poison risk. 90% of the XP ive gotten as a TK has been of them.

For me, poison seems kind of rare. I might get hit once every 20 or 30 dalyrakes.

But it's worth it if you can get 100k exp an hour of easy, no risk, xp.

I did Meditate and Power tech first, I was very happy with meditate, Wound healing is faster than most doctors can heal and as the main tank im my group its nice to not have the accumulation of wounds after a few hours of hunting.
