I've never done any of the brawler lines but I was thinking.

Master brawler
Master tka
1040 Fencer
0040 Swordsman
0040 Pikeman
0040 Scout for harvesting
Novice Medic for some healing
This template leaves me 1 skill point.

So the total defense for this template would be:
Defense vs. blind-70
Defense vs. stun -35
Defense vs. dizzy-65
Defense vs. kd -55
Def vs.Intimidate-20
Dodge -75
Block -85
Counterattack -75
Melee Defense -122
Ranged Defense -92

I didn't count the defenses vs. posture changes, and I hope I got all of the numbers right.

Like I said I am new to the brawler profession so I'm not very sure how the defense stacking works. Please feel free to give me any advice.

OMG.... okay u need to learn. Okay u can stack melee and range defense but not the other. u have to be using the weapon to use the speacial defense.

Look and learn

Master tk/Master pistol/0040fencer (or 4000 or 0400 ne one is good i did the first for the defenses and extra dodge for pistol)

Great combo i cleared a town and gained 400 fp off of players in 1 min before 2-3 master riflemen came after me

O ya Dodge Block Counter don't work for tka only when using the approprate weapon

The Defense vs Stun, Knockdown, Dizzy, etc in the Pistoleer line would work correct?

Thanks very much for the advice. it saved me a ton of time. I didnt realize that block and counterattack, and others didnt carryover unless you had the weapon of the class equipped. I might even do master rifle/tkm since i've done master rifle and really liked it.
