I've noticed that you get a fair amount of skill modifiers when going through the other brawler professions. Is it worth picking up any/all of the other brawler professions in order to aid my TKing? Or even starting on one of the elite profession trees like pikeman? Or do those modifiers only kick in when using that particular weapon?

Apologies if it's been asked before but if it has I couldn't find it, so if anyone can offer advice and/or a link it'd be much appreciated.
