I dont think we have been stealth NERF'ed, I'm doing just fine in PvE

I'm not having any problems landing specials but I do think our Dizzy strength has been lessened somewhat. When I land KD2, even with both states sticking, most of the people I hit with it, get right back up on the first try. And I'm not mashing KD2, I swear.

Fencer Dizzy2 and Lunge2 are much more effective.

My specials always land. Except for states, knockdowns, but those are effected by the target's resists to those states.

It's harder to knock down an Enraged Rancor than a quenker for instance...
