Im a master swordsman/ 4040 fencer/ 0000 TKA

Im trying to make the best char for kryat dragons and nightsisters, and hard stuff like that, I just relized that TKA might be a waste of my skill points, just woundering if mediate does any good and if ifs worth it, if it is i might go 4304 in TKA, just for meditate and some more def. So my main Q is, is mediate worth it?

The meditate line is one of the very best lines you could ever get especially if you want to tank some high end creatures. The ability to heal your own wounds, poison, disease, and bleeds is invaluable to someone who is going to altimately become a tank character. I highly recommend it.

Yes, it's worth it. Even with the caps in place, it's just darn handy to mix in a bit of TK. But then, I like the entire profession personally so maybe I'm biased!

Is mediate worth it you ask?

The power of the force is nothing compared to the ability to settle a dispute.

IMHO, meditate is worth the whole tree. You can heal any wound - even mind wounds - at meditate 4. You can buff health, action and mind by 50% of your mind at meditate 2. You can get up 1/hour from incap. You can heal bleeds, poison and disease.

But master doc requires a substantial increase in the number of skill points. This guy's already got several other professions under his belt, and may not have enough skill points to master medic and doctor.

You can heal wounds as a medic without having to do master doctor.

It's the best line in the entire game IMO.

I've just started playing after several months, but even last year when I'd play with a group of friends, I'd meditate in camp after a fight and then get up and play the horn for them and they would still be healing. I'd recommend it.

I heard that meditate was the tree to climb first by fellow TKM. After reading how well it works, I think there will be a lot of grinding this long weekend. Currently TK 0/1/0/1 for knockdown.

Is meditate worth it? Well, I am TKM and whatever profession Imay be grinding this week. Yet, I am lways the one in my group to tank against Krayts, Nightsisters (incuding the elders) and Giant Dune Kimos. I may not be doing the most damage on all of them but I am the only one in the group that is completely self-sufficiant with the least amount of skill points used. Pumped up with buffs and food, I am unstoppable in PvE. InPvP I even hold my own (win some, lose some). It's all about speed, armor and technique.
