bah need a sticky on this question.......

novice teras kasi-heals bleeds

meditate 1-heals poisons

meditate 2-heals disease

meditate 3-heals bleeds poisons and diseases faster

meditate 4-heals wounds and everything else faster

Master Teras Kasi- heals everything except battle fatique
