now as i read these forum i see alot of whining about every thing. on the tkaboards its mostly "we need a new damage type"
personal, the only thing i want change about TKA is power boost, now dont get me wrong i love and use it all teh time.
what i want is asome type of anamation for it. i was thinking somethin like the cyoban grenade when it goes off. like a charge while your buildint stats back up than a explotion oof energy when your ready. that would be awsome.

I'd be happy if I was able to change the color of my ribbons... Red isn't exactly my favorite color

We need a new damage type...why? because everything npc and people (armourwise) nowadays has like 80% kinetic resis...and then we also do less damage per special than swordsman, fencer, pikeman..
Its pointless hitting unarmedhit3 in pvp as the armoured person wont get damaged more than 50 buffed...
Mind hit is too weak aswell

hehe all i want are less stupid TKMs who got it a week ago asking for stuff..... oh btw since you all wernt here for the discussions that covered these topics oh so long ago in pvp a new damage type wouldnt be the BEST thing to happen as i always have 81%+ to both chest and helmet to everything besides ken when using basic 80% ken comp armor. Basically if you get a 11% or so stun 80% ken suit sliced and hope for eff on at least thehelmet and chest and you will be fine verses anything besides rifleman... and if P 9.3 hasnt gone into effect CMs... sry i havnt been on the game for a few days

I think the TK specials would look much more impressive without the ribbons... they are good, fluid animations - they don't need to mask it with weird red ribbons.

Eeseigeameo... The reason we want another damage type isn't really for PvP (as you pointed out, most damage types are currently resisted rather well in PvP). It's for PvE, as there are NPCs in the game that have 100% resistance to kinetic. We are the only combat profession in the entire game that is limited to a single damage type, and we are the only profession that can't switch to a second weapon when confronted with an enemy that we literally can't harm.
