Thread: are the skill attachments any good?

I mean... given that we have for example +205 or so of unarmed damage.. having +3 is going to be ANY noticeable to pay the difference for the skill attachment price?

Not really. 
Accuracy is the only one that really is a big help, since some enemies are hard to hit even with our really high accuracy.
Then again, that +3 damage becomes +12 damage when you use Unarmed Hit 3 (who am I kidding, even 12 points of damage isn't alot LOL).

Speed, Accuracy and Damage do work.
Damage is usually overpriced though so unless I loot it I don't bother. I was lucky to find a plus 9 a few days ago, but really doesn't make a big difference. I'd spend your money on a top of the line VK it just seems more useful. Along with burnout sauce you'll really help your damage.

I guess its all in having an edge.. and it may be the reason you win or loose in a 20min fight by a hair...
I will check them out anyways...
I wonder what is the most awesome VKs there are... i have a 50-200

I've got a VK 63-254 for about 1 million
I'd rather spend it on that than +5 to unarmed damage...

i would pay a million for that... sadly the VKs dont last that much....so its a million that if used a lot it will drain quite quickly...

If you don't do something crazy and put a powerup on it, a VK can last a long, long time before even its first repair.
I can't even remember how long I've had my VK and it's only down a few hundred condition.
Weapons last a long time if they aren't abused. It's armor that can get used up quickly. Luckily nobody is hitting your weapon in combat so the condition can go a long way.
