I need to know what kind of unarmed specific aa should i buy....i been told i capped speed at master, and damage up to +25, and dont really know bout accuracy all together. can anyone fill me in plz

if you plan on adding the FS accuracy from Combat Prowess you will most likely be better off just getting as many damage items as you can get
if you do NOT plan on getting any more accuracy than TKM offers, i would suggest both damage and accuracy mods

you should look in the forums first, many people (me included) don't believe the damage tapes work, and some have conducted independent testing that shows they don't work.
my advice.....
don't waste your credits on damage tapes. You can ALWAYS use more accuracy, and speed is capped at master

i gota unarmed damage 6 aa and i seemed to notice a difference, if i get another and i dont see anymore big improvement from my current average then i will be done with damage. Also, is there any limit to the mods u can add to damage and accuracy?

Damage tapes work +25 unarmed damage works but barely adds on any damage it will give u a slight edge though maybe 2-10+damage its.. hardly noticeable

Its great as it is Ryutek, i wouldnt want it declared a hard fact without dev support anyway.

The limit to mods for *any* sort of bonus through equipment is +25. In other words, check your skills page, see where your modified stat says +X/+Y? Y can never be more than 25 points higher than X.
