I got a Mind Fire VK with -1 uses.
Potency suxs...but..its more to scare somebody then cause damage

Droidekas on lok drop VKs. More specifically, Nym's Droikekas. I've had more luck with the ones you find free roaming than the missions.

I've looted 2 dot vk's, both were on Lok. Neither one is worth using, just as something to hang on my wall. First one was mind fire with 4 (yes, that's right, four) strength. Second was (mind or action, can't remember) poison with about 40 strength. Both came from NPC's, neither of which were Nyms. I think the first one came from strong pirates, second from strong mercenaries, both were just random wild spawn NPC groups.

I looted a Action DOT VK from a Rancor. It was like40 strength or so. Its not really worth a crap but cool to have non the less.

I've seen a few, but I think the devs realize that if there were dot vk's with uber poisons/diseases, Teras Kasi would become very overpowered.

Due to our accuracy and speed, we would be assured to apply the DOT's to nearly anyone we faced.
