Thread: will a pre-nerf ubese shirt cancel the tkm initate armor like wearing other types of armor will?

Title says all, just wondering if I can still wear ubese shirts without losing the armor benifit. also, isnt there a belt and/or bandoleer that doesnt decay that can take CAs? As far as I know, a CA that is in a 0 condition/decayed piece of clothing will still work, is this accurate?

clothes with mods still work after they decay.
