Thread: Moving on up from 55

Well I did a silly thing a month before the CU. You see I was a TKM/Doc, and had mastered Shipwrighting. I was done with the whole crafting idea (I had to try it once). And I removed all of my SW skills, and started down the path of Mastering Brawler. And then BANG! CU comes and I am left at level 55.
I want to continue as a TKM, however I am not sure how to proceed. I am in the middle of respecing now and have tried TKM, and started Swords, yet I cant kill anything worth any experience when I try and switch out to a sword. I have to switch back to Unarmed to survive.
So what I am asking is, while keeping TKM as I can now, how do I proceed forward? The Unarmed experience I get with my TKM kills won't further me in any other profession, and at 55 I am too high to go use a sword on a level 42 critter.

Just group up. Solo is a losing battle for xp.
Group up and then you can use your sword on higher level critters that you normally would have trouble killing with your sword. The great thing is, all you need is one hit on the critter and you get full xp, so in a group it adds up fast.
