Thread: Anmjy comments on defense-caps ?

250 is about the maximum def you need, as anything above that is pretty much useless. So get 250, use CoB and go about your busniess. Use the skill points to get more specials and not more defense.

To max te defense stats I changed my template to:

TKM - MSW - 0130 Pikeman which leads up to 344 Melee Defense with clothes.

Yesterday I took off all my clothes, and recognized that the taken dmg is the same as before.

To investigate this further I did a respec to

TKM - CM which leads to around 260 Melee Defense with clothes.

And again the dmg was the same even when I took off the clothes.


Hey devs ? Its ok if the BE - clothes maybe still have bugs but is there a cap and where is it ?


Btw I tested clothes with unarmed dmg and they gave NO extra dmg at all.


any comments ?

BE clothing doesn't seem to be working, many posts are talking about this already, base melee defense seems to work correctly, but CoB seems to cap your defense so as long as you keep CoB active melee defense doesn't matter atm
