Just a question and an observation. Does CoB work when your armored? My build has TKM for the sole reason of the TIA. I read the other day of a suit of Battle Armor with 7k on all. If i could get my hands on that (and CoB works with armor) then there would be no reason not to do a 0100 tk build. Hell, even with 6k armor the skillpoints id save will more than make up for having to deal with decay. Kinda sucks this whole profession is based off CoB.

CoB caps your armor values with TKM, so if you've found armor you feel is better then inate, go with that build.
