posting this here since i am a tkm and have been for a long time. i was killing sith pirates or trying to at least but people kept ksing me, i hit a mob first get aggro then this group starts wailing on it and get the credit for the kill. i didn't think it use to be this way but it happened so often tonight. is this a bog or do i just not remember correctly?

They stole your kill, this game is now called EQ in SPace.
You need a group, its called forced grouping. No more soloing!! Remember EQ in space!

You, or your group, now has to do at least 60% of the damage, otherwise you don't get credit for the kill.
A shame, you used to only have to hit it once, then you get credit, no matter what else happens.
Anyway, it's not hard, my brother and I grouped and did it in one night, just keep at it.
Of course, I was one of the unlucky ones that had a bugged quest, hopefully that'll be fixed soon.

You see your problem is that you tried to solo and that is not allowed the preferred method of play.
This is how it is done:
1) Spend 30 - 45 minutes getting a group together and start out
2) Spend 10 minutes at the mission site figuring out who is going to tank, heal, etc.
3) Spend 30 minutes taking out a nest of Bols, get your 8000 credit reward.
4) Move to your next mission.....
5) OOPS! someone has to leave which borks the rest of the missions so everyone dumps and heads back to the terminal.
6) While you are painfully plodding through the available missions looking for Pickets, to the South, at the proper level - someone else leaves...
7) Go back to #1, rinse. Repeat.

Oh man... this made me want to laugh and cry at the same time.
