Iwas just looking at the TKA skill trees, and I was noticing the Melee and Ranged defense +'s on the Precision Striking Tree. Would these pluses still work if I'm holding a pistol? Would they add onto the ones I got from the pistoleer skill tree? Thanks for any help

no, dont bother trying for yourself - or reading any other thread before this.

Yes, melee and range defense stack. As does KD, stun, dizzy, and all those. Specific oens don't however, counterattack, unarmed toughness, one handed toughness... these only work while equiping the weapon in the line you advanced in.

Ok, thanks. And Zam, I checked five pages of topics and none answered my question. And why would I waste days of grinding just to test it when i can post on this board to find out?

if you still enjoy using guns,getting master tka is wonderful support on different types of defenses...and yes, they stack correctly...
