Thread: Why didnt anyone tell me that TKA can use a Repblic Blaster?

I was glancing though my certs. the other day and saw one for the Republic Blaster! I was excited, finallyI could use a gun again. Anyway looked up a local WS, and bought a nice one. 164 dmg unsliced for about 7k. Overall I miss a bunch but it does help. Anyway, thought i let you guys know...

Currently the cert is meaningless - anyone can use a republic blaster made after the last patch. I use one and I do not have the cert. Eventually I imagine the cert will be placed somewhere.

It's not TKA that allows this. You are a Rebel factioned player correct?
Joining the Rebellion gives you this cert.

Anyone in the game is now certified to use the Republic Blaster, even non-combatants.
