I was wondering who does more demage over time and more demage in one hitout of all melee professions at master?

Humm good question. As a master swordsman/TKA I cant say. I hit for more damage as a swordsman than a TKA. I had a hit for 13k once with a mob that had been knocked down. I think it was a fluke though. Have never seen another hit anywhere near that since then. I seem to kill just as fast either way.Nothing and I mean nothing in PVE last long against either class. Well other than those 100% resistance to kenitic damage mobs, but thats what my hammer is for.

master brawler.
with a 20m KD attack in all weapon styles, intimidate2, added toughness, speed, and accuracy: a master brawler wins the melee fight.
admittedly, you'll want to add an elite melee profession to master brawler.
fencers are hard to hit... until you hunt high level PvE content. you WILL be hit. it WILL hurt. fencers also get the stun baton... either a wondrous little billy-bat, or a one-trick pony, depending on the target and situation.
for defense, a TKA/brawler's innate toughness of 62 is as good as it gets. if you're going to get pounded, you might as well get tough. meditate's powerboost, force of will, and disease/poison/bleed cures add a lot to the tank-ability of TKA's.
for offense, look to swordsman. with AP2 in kinetic and blast, you're pretty well set against most targets. add mind pool targetting, spin attacks, and straight heavy-hitting... 2handers are there to deal out damage.
pikes have the advantage of damage not available to other melee professions: electric. there are more than a few places where a pike will shine because of this alone.

Fencers are unique with stun damage, and swordsmen are unique with blast. All melee professions other than TKA have a special damage type they alone can use.
I agree that master brawler is incredibly useful, it's one of the most underrated skill boxes in the game.

Actually, there is one way to look at this. Consider that it's possible for any melee class to hit the speed cap at master if they have master brawler (though a fencer needs a +5 attachment to reach it, and poor pikemen and swordsmen need a +20, it can be done). So speed is not a factor.
Then let's ignore resistances because then nobody can be a winner.
Based on specials alone, TKM has a move that does 4x damage (UAH3), while a pikeman's best is 3x (Leghit3, Polearmhit3, Polearmlunge3), swordsman has one that does 4x damage (2Handhit3), and fencer has two that do 4x damage (1Handhit3 and 1Handbodyhit3). Now we all know that the most effective way to do damage is to concentrate it all in one pool, and fencers have the best move with a 4x damage attack straight to health.
But then you have to figure in the weapons being used. As far as AP goes, a fencer's 3 best weapons (curved sword, gaffi stick, stun baton) all have AP 0. A TKM's VK has AP1. A pikeman's long vibro axe has AP2. And a power hammer in the hands of a swordsman has AP2 as well.
Considering that a power hammer can do massive amounts of damage (well over 400 max), has AP2, and can be used with a 4x damage special, I'd say that a swordsman does the most raw damage if you ignore enemies with high blast resistance.

If your speedcapped in every brawler profession and using weapons that uses no loot-components or that were looted then a Swordsman outdamages the others on a creature with 0% protection on blast/Kin.
If your using looted weapons then a pikeman can outdamage any other brawler prof. from what ive seen.
