The razor knucklers were briefly put on the Test Center when they were testing the DeathWatch Bunker. and we were going to get them with the DWB publish. But they turned out being too powerful, so they put it off for the combat balance. Now its one of our top priorities.
They were light armor piercing with Heat damage, and required Nightsister Vibro Motors to make.

hmm, razor knucks with NS motors... dunno how many NS have been killed by me or guildmates, but I dont recall any motors being looted... could take a while to make them then.

Before the NS got their powers back motors were looted atleast once every week on Chimaera. You now need a group to hunt them, this is going to set the prices realy high :/

Where did you us hear about the combat revamp? I cant a sinlge "official" forun post about it. Could someone give me a link?
So far all i have found is:
Possible new weapon for TK
Armour resists maxing at 60% (sounds a bit suspect)

That special weapon, when it comes out, requires loot from an uber mob that spawns once per day, doesn't always drop loot, and is ALSO hunted by pikemen for THEIR uber weapon.
So yeah, they are gonna be rare.
