Thread: Anyone have this template? Care to comment?
Master Brawler (lunge2, intimidate2, warcry 2... etc...)
Teras Kasi Master (toughness, kinetic damage, meditation... etc...)
Fencer 4,4,4,0 (Stun batons, Knockdown defenses, melle mitigation...etc...)
Swordsman 0,0,4,4 (blast damage from powerhammer, counter-attack, knockdown and posture change defenses, etc..)
Pikeman 0,0,4,0 (DOT's from NightSister lances, Area knockdown, some more melee mitigation, etccc...)
This leaves 8 SP's to do whatever with.
All together I believe this gives you...
- Defense vs Knockdown +105
- Melee defense +166
- Ranged Defense +139
Gives you Kinetic, Blast, Stun, and Electricity damage types. Lot's of defense stacking going on in this one. Wondering how well it really is in PvP.

As others said, you'll have serious problems using fencer, swordsman, and pikeman weapons without picking skills that give you accuracy. Especially pikeman and swordsman, who aren't very accurate even at master level, and whose weapons often have -45 accuracy at all ranges.
My template is like yours, except instead of pikeman and swordsman I have pistoleer 0340. Pistoleer gives you AWESOME defenses and ranged capability, and you can stack the dodge from fencer with it so you aren't defenseless with a gun. Also with pistoleer you get a wide range of damage types, including heat (which is really handy). Oh, with Pistol Marksman III you can actually hit stuff with a gun.

with my template, put it this way if you KD me you are a very lucky, also in straight up melee there arent many that can beat me. its also down to combat que technique and the way you stack state your opponant (blinds,dizzies,stun,intimidate,bleeds etc)
i stand up no problem (unbuffed) against armoured buffed opponants (80% kinetic armour is a tough battle but sometimes winnable) and PC Jedi Knights actually soloing them and defeating them is another thing
with this template i am rarely buffed i make sure my mind is boosted with 2 swigs of brandy and secondaries with canepes and if there is any room 45% dmg reduction synthsteak and keep plenty of stims for healing, my demise is usually a result of running out of stims!
if you must use spices only as a last resort do i consume muon (very rarely)
might drop some of it though but dont know what to get. thinking about trying a little commando ( only combat class i havent been) or get investigation with my tka.

Melee and Ranged cap at 125 so drop a couple boxes from first row fencer and maybe get some pike accuracy or speed... otherwise have fun
I would almost think 0202 swordsman would be better, both the speed bonuses and Headhit3 the best hit swordsmen get.
