At what point will I be able to solo Janta missions in the TK tree? Do I need master before I can do them or can I do them earlier? At the moment I am 0/0/3/1 and was wondering when I could move up to them.

As long as you have good kinetic resist armor (73-75% Ubese or 80-90% composite), decentdoctor buffs, brandy/canape/muonit shouldn't matter what level you are. It'll just take you a bit longer. You may want to get balance 1 though so you can KD+Dizzy them.

I started doing them at Novice by pulling them one or two at a time. After Saturday night and all day Sunday, I'm up to 1443. I can kill a Janta camp in under a minute now. I've even started going straight for the lair and just using spin 2 when they agro me to save time. I leave the state effects for piket missions. I'm a n00b TK, but I can say you're definitely ready to handle Jantas at this point.

I could solo at 0/2/3/1, but I didn't try before that, so it's probably doable before then. Buffed and a nice supply of brandy. Musician buffs help alot. The Mokk stronghold is a great place, too. With a little selective walking, you can pull one or two out at a time, and there's an endless supply of 'em, if you just want the UA xp and dont care about the cash and the Janta hide/blood. I assume the Janta stronghold is similar, but I've never been there.

janta stronghold is a greater place for swordsman tho.. with a decent scythe u can take on all the 30+ jantas there.. wish i had kept the pic, my combatlog went crazy
anyways, converted from m swordsman to tkm.. gotta try that again.. swordsmen hit for the most pve damage in the game btw

Hi,
I think Jantas are pretty easy. Jantas you see on group missions generally are vulnerable to kinetics. So I think once you have spin attack, you are pretty much set. (w/ buff and armor)

You can take on Jantas with TKA novice if u are buffed enough.. just takes a while

Janta are incredibly easy at TKM especially if you KD them. I do over 4k damage per shot when they are on the floor.

Yeah, at TKMMokks/Jantas are so easy you don't even have to to have Armor (its actually easier if you don't have armor on!) Just get you a decent set of buffs, and some brandy.. and maybe a musician buff.

However....I just went to the Janta Stronghold and faced a Janta Rock Something and it had 100% kinetic resistance. How does a TKM deal with that?

Janta Rockshaper.
You have to creep along hard against the south wall of the cave where he is. I have a 99% success rate of getting past unnoticed...

I'm also Tk 0031, and have found that with a 2200 buff, 74% kinetic ubese armor, plus 2 Brandy's,I can easily take out a full camp of Jantas just by using spin attack 2 over and over on the camp.

I always go for scout camps the jantas there have no kinetic resistence so a easy 20k comes my way
