Master Brawler gives you more speed

Yes but you don't need it. As the first to reply stated, at master you are speed capped and any additional speed doesn't matter as you are executing attacks as fast as you can.

Even at Master Power Techniques, even without Master Brawler, you will be speed capped with any VK you use.

as best i can tell their speed formula is like this:
(Base attack speed*special Spd Mod) - [(Base attack speed*special Spd Mod)*(speed mod/100)]
subtract xx% (xx being your speed mod) from your attack speed...
so if you your speed mod is close to, equal to, or greater than 100 (ie 100%) than no matter what you do or use you can never go any slower than the cap.

Actually the formula is
(Speed of weapon * delay mod of special) * ((100-player speed mod)/100) = Attack speed
Yes with a speed mod of 100 that all comes out to 0.
Unfortunatly you cap at 1 attack per second.
Here's the link to a good damage calculator, and there isyet another linkwhere I got the formula from.

Heh, with a speed mod of greater than 100, your speed is a negative number, which means you attack so fast you turn back time.
