Thread: Combat Diversity Let's add Styles to combat
My idea:
Once you hit Master, you open up another skill tree that cost no skill points. Except this time, you pick ONE tier to specialize in. Maybe this tier is faster shooting, or the next one would be more damage, etc. Those are just examples. Once you picked one tier, you cannot choose any others. All this does is give you a style of combat.
In TKA, for example, using this system you could have different styles at Master: The aggressive "Tiger" stance, the defensive "Crane" stance, the reactive/immediate response "Snake" stance, and so on. This would add more diversity to fighting. But you would only be able to specialize in one style, and if you wanted to switch styles, you have to sacrifice the style you chose.
Adding styles to Master skill boxes adds a whole new dimension to combat and PvP, and actually make going for Master worth it, instead of dabbling in something else.

Terra Kasi is a form, one you can master in the game. So is Echanti, Stava ect... but its not in game.
There are many in the EU, something this game tries to grasp but so far has only minimally achieved.
