Okay I'm having a few issues getting my stats in that sweet spot for my trandoshan. Anyone got a few pointers for me?

i used:

health 900 action 800 mind 900

str 750 quickness 550 focus 650

con 500 stamina 500 willpower 550

i lose little more action. so it gives me the feel as if im pistol using styles instead of TK, its ok cause im nearly a master medic aswell.

Max out your mind stats and pick up some healing skills, you will not regret it. Mind is the only non-healable bar so why wouldn't you have it maxed?

For my trando, I maxed out the mind aswell, my stats are:

health 825, strength 600, constitution 700, action 825, stamina 300, quickness 300, mind 1000, focus 400, willpower 600.

I find this to work out very well, since I am also a medic. Its really kind of odd that the default for trandos is:

health 1250, strength 800, constitution 800, action 800, stamina 350, quickness 350, mind 500, focus 300, willpower 400

I don't know what SOE was thinking when making all the default stats for all melee races, but I don't think any melee keeps with them, infact with melee fighters having such higher mind then everyone else we are really the smartest class out there. When I had 1250 health I would die with like 1000 heal and zero mind, what is the point of that much health when it can be healed or buffed, mind is where your stats need to be.

Huh, max mind? I've got medic skills but I usually die to action hits rather than anything else. Partly because I'm lazy and forget to unequip knucklers, and partly because the critters I'm hunting as of late seem to hit action often. I can count twice I've been down to mind hits.

Man the caps on the Action-related stats drive me batty. I'll have to tinker more and see what I come up with.

Am a TKM Lizard and have played with the character stats alot. I may still not be done. I am doing this from memory as I am at a developer's conference (not game developer) and do not have access to my character.

It depends on where you are and whether you have novice medic or not and whether you plan on using drugs.

Currently, I have all sub-stats except willpower set to their minimum. 900H, 1000A, 700M and max Willpower. I have Medic (4,4,0,0) for increased healing from Stims and decreased delay time between uses. When In a "bad" fight, I use muon gold and Stim-B (380H/A). You only need novice medic to use up to Stim-B (don't need to go higher IMO) Stim-B, good ones, cost about 26-28 credits per use (I buy crates of 50, 36 use 380H/A for 50k credits)

I started the character with 1050H, 1050A and 500M with stamina maxed and the rest of the pts(if any) going to consittution then quickness. At novice TKAchanged to 1000H, 1000A and 500M. Pts left over went into stamina, constitution and quickness.

As soon as I got novice medic I changed the stats to what I have now. It seems to work for me. It is still tough to go it alone though, no matter what stats you have.

If you migrate your other stats to mind, you just need to be careful to get your heals off at the right time. You can easily heal 400+ in both health and action for the cost of 50 or so mind points with advanced stim Bs. That's why people max their mind pools.

800/325/325 900/325/325 1000/500/900

Works like a charm for me. I have alot of Doc Friends, so I run around enhanced more often than not. Through a single fight with a decently hard monster I can start the fight with full mind, use half, and regen it by the time the fight's over. Also, when the Power Boost changes come into effect higher mind means higher HAM for over 5 minutes. Like spice with no downer.
