Should be working and ARE working are two different things.

I want to know if they ARE working instead of the stuff that SOE feeds us.

I know that.

The reason I said "should" be working is because no one has been complaining about them not working, which is usually a good sign. If you really want to see fire up the game and see for yourself, but it is something that would likely prove fairly difficult to detect unless you get another player to lay some state modifiers on you.

From what I could tell, if they are, they still don't have much effect. I fought another TKM right after the patch. We both used debuffs in every fight. We fought about 4-5 times. The debuffs landed after the first or second try just about every time.

To me that equates to not working. If it had taken 5 tries to land a debuff on a TKM, then I would feel differently.

Good... that is the answer that I wanted to hear. As far as testing it myself... I cannot do that from work now can I?

When I get home, I have a BH friend that I will use for testing these things out. Thanks for the response.

If you're talking about state defense modifiers, then yes, they should be working with this latest patch and hotfix.
