I would like to ask why whenyou attack a NCP laying on his front shooting you at 1M you have +25 hit modifier , BUT when you hit them Dizzy and Knock them down so they are lying on there back you get a -5 hit modifier !!!!! excuse me ???? im confused , surely the modifier should increase to maybe +30 NOT -5

Does that accuracy mod really matter? I mean how often do you miss? I mean really, when i had only expert precision striking, I missed once every 100-200 attacks. You will not miss as tk, unless you get out of range :0

Its not just about missing , its about how hard you hit them as well, the modifier plays a part in that to. The higher the modifier is the harder you will hit with the less lightly possibility to miss.

Interesting. Can you quote any fact on that statement concerning "to hit" modifier having anything at all doing with damage output?

Lol. Try pikeman. If you use a long vibro axe the accuracy modifier is always -50 (well actually it is lower than that but the accuracy modifier won't display anything lower... it is really closer to -55). Well, my heart bleeds for you.

And i Quote ! "Your base chance to hit a target is determined by your skills. HOWEVER every attack is modified by distance between combatants."

So there you have it.

Why do you geta+25 modifierWhen a NCP is laying on there front but when u use KD and theNCP is on there back u get a -5 modifier ???????
