The Dev's have stated in the Brawler forum that Vibro Knucklers will no longer be able to be used by non TKA's. Its one of the stickies so you can look for yourself. I would assume that it would be implemented in the next big patch, the same time we would become FotM. So I guess you can rejoice a little.

The VK certification is now novice TKA.

But that doesn't mean you can't use them. Not being certified means 50% less damage and speed? Well your unarmed damage and speed are skill mods, not weapons so those will not change.

If you have some cheap VK's that do 100 damage, its cut down to 50 damage, which is still 50 damage more then you were doing before. Same goes for speed

I think the "You are not Certified" message is just for newbs and morons who can't figure it out, which is a good thing, because the last thing we need are more newbs and morons going for master tka.
