No, but it CAN be done holding an instrument or fishing pole. Good times.

I use Tka for dizzy then get up close with my pistol and whip em to the ground

If you're using TKA for dizzy, aren't you already up close? hehe

It's an unarmed maneuver... can't do an unarmed maneuver when... well when you are armed.

Well it's been pretty successful as long as my weapon is a vibro knuckler. Any other weapon I would have to say no. It would be like using a sword to do suppression fire or some other pistol shot right?

I can que up two pistol bleeds, unequip the pistol to use KD2 then equip the pistol again for a stoppingshot so fast that it will appear that i kd'ed you while holding a pistol. the animation wont play out but the attack still occurs.
