Here it is:
What does power boost do. If you can answer my question can you please tell me whether it buffs or not and stuff like that. After powerboost, what would my HAM look like. Thnx

Powerboost takes half of your base mind value and adds it on to your health and action pools.
So, if you have your stats at 1000/1000/1000 and powerboost, your stats will look like 1500/1500/1500.
It doesn't buff your secondary stats, and lasts for about 10 minutes based on your Meditation skill mod.
