very good.. very good indeed
But you are missing a vital point in teras kasi history..
We are the watcher over the jedi, not the sith.. Which makes us the enemies of the rebel alligned jedi, and not our friendly neighbour stormtroopers
All hail the emperor!

Aren't we more the watcher over ALL Jedi both light and dark? We favor neither the rebellion not the empire. Both are equally dangerous in our eyes. You SLK my brother have fallen to error. Return to your master for further training.

there are sith (Vader & Emperor)
there are dark jedi (as there are only 2 sith Vader and the Emperor)
there are jedi (light jedi)
there are neutral jedi (jedi bounty hunters and such)
there are light Teras Kasi (Followers of palawan)
there are dark Teras Kasi (Minions of Xendor who also mix the darkside in with there art)
this is how my structure works.
Teras Kasi are similar to Bounty Hunters But have more historical cause rather than financial reason to dictate the numbers of Jedi, also we are not hunters of Jedi but enforcers (rather than watchers) we control the force and contain it within ourselves to keep it pure and undiluted with external motions thats why were not as powerful as we do not embrace the bredth of the force.
That opens the posibility for dark Teras Kasi that use the external Force but only the darkside as it is believed not to be detrimental to a TK master that can contain the force much like a water tap turning it on and letting it flow or turning it off to stop the flow.
when turned of only very limited force usage is possible but enough to counter the effects of the force harnessed for offensive purpose with ones own body.

SITH:
An extinct race. The sith were "the dark jedi" in ure terms, untill darth bane started the rule of two.
So what do you call evil jedi? yes, sith.. They might not be sith in the emperors eyes, but they are still sith

There's actually three incarnations of the Sith Order. The most ancient order (4,000 years before the Civil War), was wiped out during the great war between Light and Dark; the same warthat resulted in the formation of the Teras Kasi. 2,000 years before the present timeline, the Sith Order was recreated but was embroiled with internal conflict and imploded. The last incarnation is the order that Darth Vader and Darth Sidious are a part of -- the order that was established by Darth Bane after the fall of the "second" order of the Sith. So, no, any Jedi that wields the Dark Side is not a Sith, as there are only two Sith at one time, which was dictated by Darth Bane when he re-made the order. I think the Sith borrow their name from a very ancient race that practiced a sort of black magic, but they were not a part of the Sith Order of Dark Jedi (I'm not positive about this point -- the earliest official information on the Sith at the online Star Wars Databank does not mention a race called "Sith," but I remember reading it somewhere in relation to UIic Qel-Droma.)
Also, if you've played Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, you know that the cadre of Dark Force Wielders, led by Jerec, are never referred to as Sith, but, rather, Dark Jedi.

we are both.
vader hired us in the form of arden lynn and luke skywalker wants us in the rebulding of the jedi order.
we don't discriminate who uses the force we just dont want the force harboured as a tool of power over others.

I can agree and disagree here... but one thing should be stated once and for all
There are no light or dark jedi..
There is jedi, light jedi, which works for the council, and favors the rebellion
There is the neutral "Jedi" which dont give a crap
There is the sith, a group of jedi which takes their name from an ancient and extinct race. They CONTROL the imperials.. Atleast the emperor does, the sith warriors are his pawns like the jedi are the councils pawns.
The story clearly states that the jedi fought them or whatnot.. not the sith.. which leads me to believe the teras kasi are imperial alligned
