OK this is my last template post I swear. What do you think of this:
Brawler 4/4/4/0
TKM
Fencer 0/4/4/0
Swordsman 3/0/4/0
Marksman 0/4/0/0
Pistoleer 0/0/4/0
How would that do in PvP/PvE? Would it be defensive overkill?

In PVP about 90% of the damage you will take in a large fight will be poison. So make defense against that your priority.
In PVE, yeah it's defense overkill 
You'd probably have more fun if you mixed in a little Scout for terrain negotiation, Medic for Stims, and if you mastered Swordsman for easier Nightsister killing.

This is very good for PvP (that goes without saying). In PvE, you can still switch to other forms of damage (energy, blast, stun) which is good. You will not outdamage a swordman or rifleman in PvE, but it gives you a nice alternative from the kinetic damage.
