Ok, this move hits both health and mind pool. In the FAQ it says it does 2.5 normal damage. My question is this; If you normally do 100 damage and use the move, do you hit health for 250 damage and mind for 250 damage or does the damage split (like health for 150 and mind for 100)?

You hit for more on Health than on mind, but I'm not sure how the damage is divided between the two.

It is the best special for a TK to kill health, and do some damage to mind to.

i dont even use unarmed combo 1 or two...if i wanna hit em i just use body hit or mid hit...perfer mind hit tho...hope that helps....oh and unarmed hit 2 is alot gbetter than combo 1 or 2...

I have yet to do some testing since Publish 9 came into place. However, before the publish, my very rough estimates were that 2/3 of the damage went to health and 1/3 went to mind after a series of 10-20 hits. This weekend I should be able to do a bit more testing.

Peace.

The breakdown before patch 9 was 60% Health 10% action and 30% mind, haven't had time to test since patch 9 so these figures may be borked since then.

No damage on action as far as I can see.

UC1 still IS the specials with the highest DPS for health. I use it more than UH3 in PvP.

I think Macdon is thinking about UC2; instead of UC1.

All HAM values are damaged by attacks. The minimum damage done to a specific pool is 10% of the total damage. Max damage to a specfic pool is 80%.

The damage multiplier is figured in at the end of the attackers roll: (attack roll + attackers mods + weapon mods) * skill multiplier = total attack. Defender mods are figured after the total attack.

Combo1 does favor Health damage, and consistently does the minimum 10% to Action. Sometimes you will do lots of damage to Mind, but the trick is to look at the damage over a series of attacks over several mobs. Just spam Combo1 and watch the opponent's HAM and you'll see how it works. 60% Health, 10% Action and 30% Mind is about right (in my own testing I got 65|10|25), but remember that the results are measured over a series of attacks. Sometimes a Combo1 attack will hit 60% Mind and 30% Health.

Here's how Combo1 compares to UAH2 and BodyHit over a series of attacks:

Avg. Base Damge: 400 (for simplicity, average base at TKM is 397.5)

Combo1:

2.5 x 400 = 1000

Avg pool damage over time:

H: 600

A: 100

M:300

BodyHit:

1.5 x 400 = 600

Avg pool damage over time:

H: 480

A: 60

M:60

UAH2:

3.0 x 400 = 1200
Avg pool damage over time:

H: 400

A: 400

M:400

... adn since it was mentioned:

UAH3:

4.0 x 400 = 1600

Avg pool damage over time:

H: 533.33

A: 533.33

M: 533.33

And Combo1 eeks out UAH3 in directed Health pool damage.

Actually Combo1 and Combo2 both did the same damage only difference was Combo2 cost more HAM to do, don't know about since patch 9 though supposed to have been tweak/fixed.

I use combo 1 almost exclusively when hunting PvE,after Stun/Blind/Intimidate/KD2. Beats both UAH2 and UABH in my experience.
