Is this useful? I see all the skill mods for it but ive never actuallu used it, I read the info on it, but I figured id ask someone if this is usefull in PvP and/or PvE? Thx

So useful some people put it in looping macros.

i dno about TKA, but in swordsman it is my best friend besides headhit3. I dont do much pvp with that char, so i couldnta tell ya, but pve is tereffic! mobs will miss you a majority of the time, and it is great cause it saves yer armor from decay \

CoB raises your melee and ranged def, so it's not useless at all. It's the only way you'll see your char use the defensive acuity also. I wouldn't use it without being buffed though, because of the high HAM cost. It's invaluable in PvP and high risk PvE (NS stronghold, Corvette, DW).
