Thread: New to the TK profession!

Hello everyone, i just started the TK profession recently (xp for TKN was hell for some reason...)
But i haven't been a TK since beta, so i was just wondering if anyone has any tips or words of wisdom?
I'm currently working on going for triple master (smuggler/pistoleer/TK). So any feedback from you guys would be great!

Im not crazy about your choices to be honest with you.
I am still new to TKM, but I am going for better defenses by working on Fencer and Master Brawler.
Seems to be the ultimate combo.
I have pistoleer now. The only plus is that if i run across a 100% Kinetic enemy, I can blast away till they die.
Your choice.

well i love smuggler... so i refuse to give it up, and i've always had pistoleer cuz it helps augment my smuggler attacks.... so i figured i'd go TKA as well =)
Not looking for an ultimate combo, just something fun =)

Then fun is what you will have. Being a hand-to-hand combatant with smuggler is a good choice then.
I personally am looking to be a strong PvP'er.

Im smuggler tkm master pistoleer now, i loove smuggler.
but pistoleer is rarly any use to me so i plan to go tkm/doc soon. shame is that then i have to drop smuggler.
you asked for tips on how to do tka, well here is how i did it.
get a speed sliced knuckler, dont settle for anything else then 1.5 or 1.6.
then you do the power tree, (xx4x).
after the power tree is done get a damage sliced knuckler, mine us 2.2speed 50-197 or something like that damage.(sliced it myself 34% damage, love smuggler)
then you can finish the rest of tka any way you want.
my technique of grinding tka was to group with my atst (use a huge solo group if you dont have an atst or if you are a rebel

)do huurton huntress missions for 7.5k and use area attack whenthe huntress mobs surrounds you.
dooing it this way tka should take about 3 days if you grind your heart out.
