My friend and i just restarted swg and were both taking the TKM route, he is complimenting his with master doctor, and i was wondering what the best thing for me to do would be. Ive heard CH isnt worth the points anymore, though i always enjoyed that and i drool thinking about a mdoc buffed BE kimogila, but i just dont know. I want to be able to farm and pve, and im hearing a lot of people saying swordsman. Considering im going to be mdoc buffed whenever i play, how should i spec so that we can do well all-around?

erm...i meant to say farm and PVP, not pve...that would be redundant.

If you want to be well-rounded, take some kind of ranged profession, preferably one that gives you ranged mitigation. I took pistols because it has some great defenses in it.

You could shoot for TKM/Pistoleer/Smuggler. It's a decent combo, that will let you kill some 100% kinetic mobs (very slowly, though :smileysad

and it will still let you killplenty of people in PvP.

I went TKM master brawler master swords 3-4-0-0 fencer and novice medic. Everyone I duel complains they can't hit me and I solo night sister elders dailly. But another that is common on Gorath is tkm master riffleman.

im TKM and MRifleman I love it

I highly recommend it and picking up some Fencer, my Ranged and Melee defense was capped so I got 2/4/4/2 (the reason being for the +10 Combat Equilibreum... that stacks right?)
