Hey,
I'm a newbie tka ( 0 0 2 2) and the best way to lvl up that I found is as follows:
Get a 70-80% ubese (on shadowfire a set is 150k, dirt cheap) Why I go ubese: The encum. is about half that of a composite armor. So I'm Always left w/ some focus/mind/willpower stats (when I put comp on I have 1 on every secondary 
) So it goes easier on your stats and offers very good kinetic protection (I use my composite in PvP/ against mobs that shoot rifles only now)

We all know your mind will never reach your action/health bars, so its very good to have very strong secondary stats on it. Getting doc buffs that raise your action/health from scratch to around 2500 is not very hard. So when your buffed your action/health will be around 2500, mind and will power/focus will be at around 1000-1500 (NO foods/ buffs... very very good)
Get brandy. If you followed the above paragraph you'll be very grateful for brandy because it raises up your mind and secondary by 400+ (so already you have around 2k in mind and secondary) Get some food too, but that is optional.
Musician/dancer buffs. Not necessary but helps a bunch. Raises your mind even MORE.
That's what I did today and found it to work WONDERFUL. I had 7-8 savage quenkers on me and they didnt even dent me. I spammed on all my specials and my mind kept on regenerating so fast I didn't even notice that. Around 40-45k a lair. I'll get to tkm in no time You have around 2.5k to action/health, and around 2k to mind and secondary, and 70-75% kinetic ubese. Protection+ HAM. what else can you ask to spam specials and get xp MAD fast?

Get some ahrisha if your specials hurt (if your a gimped zabrak or something) +400 focus for 40 mins.

Stat mitigation is your friend. So are ID's.
If you want to wear armor unbuffed everyone knows it aint comp. Well maybe not everyone.
If you really want to master tka, get fully buffed grab 2 stackable brandies, head to dath and pull baz nich runs.
zero states, zero dots, 30k xp per mission +11k creds in your pocket
Or spam on Dantooine's lag fest for 1/2 your buff timers finding a solo hunting group, only to be stated and dotted up the waazoo once you reach your mission.
what helps me spam specials? buffage.
