I've seen it mentioned that many helmets do negate innate armor. Though what those are I am not sure, so take that with a grain of salt.

Same question with Ace Helmets, does it remove our defence.

For Roleplay reasons, I never show my face, so I can keep a sense of incognito about myself. I do not want to be forced to take off my well earned ace helmet just so i can get my armour to work.

And why would it be classified as armour if it does not give us any armour stats. (BE Clothing is a different matter).

yeah, im a tusken rper and this i find very irratating, just went tk to use the armour bonus thing from tk, then i find out that the helm actually stops it! PLEASE devs, fix this issue!

Tusken Helmets are considered armor, therefore it will negate your TIA completely. Not sure what the Ace Helmets count as (as I don't have one...woe is me ) but if they are also armor then out the windows goes TIA.

It should be different...if I wear armor on my head, TIA should be off for my head. BUt I can't imagine the bugs introduced with that enhancement (yesterday I saw a smuggler without an arm...but there was a hand on the gun...EIU!)

Nope it doesnt, at least rebel ace doesnt, dont know about the imperial though
