(Sorry if this has been covered before... search seems to be hosed for me. Returned 0 results *anywhere* for 'improved cob' or 'improved center of being'.)


I'm in my first weeks back since before CU, and I'm just wondering what the quantitative difference between CoB and Improved CoB is. I read somewhere that the standard CoB is +250 Melee/Ranged Defense for 30 seconds. Is this accurate? What are the stats on Improved CoB?
