Thread: Need Help with Rework of Template

At the moment I am Master Carbineer, Master Combat Medic. I like what I have because I am able to solo most large mobs such as krayts, and I am not to shabby in PvP. I can also heal others which is a great help on guild hunts etc. I also up to medical augmentation III in doctor so I can buff. While I like this, it is geting kinda boring. I like the melee professions mainly because they look cool. My question is, as it's hard to tell form so many posts, what will I gain and what would I lose by reworking my template to melee?
I was thinking of master Teras Kasi, Master Doctor (Or perhaps Master Teras Kasi, Master Swordsman)
I need input please cause it's a right b*tch to go through leveling it all ack up again if I find i don't like it

TKM/MSwords is a common template nowadays. its usually tkm/mswords/4000doc though, for the big heals. I'm more partial towards tkm/mdoc though, as the 40 pt speed buff is ridiculous, and there are more and more CMs these days, so the poison/fire/state cures are fun to have as well. Especially if you get a Katarn Knuckler...... and tweak it out right. I got mine up over 900 dps. and still climbing by the day I don't know what it would be as far as damage/defense bonuses when concerning master swords, as I've never done that combo myself.

Ilooted the Katarn Knuckles a cpl of weeks ago. I havn't biolinked them yet. What slices would I want to go for? Also is the Katarn Knuckler THE TKM weapon to have?

yes, the katarn is THE tkm weapon to have. Slices.... I'd recommend as much of a damage slice as you can get. because you can easily get your speed below 1 sec without speed slices. so damage is better than speed in this case.
