What buffs, spice, food/drink do you use for that? And what armour are you wearing?
I'm going out on a limb and guessing you don't solo them nekkid, unless you've got some medic skills mixed it. 
Solo Multiples (2-4)easily of Nightsister initiate, nightsister ranger, stalker, sentinel..
Can solo doubles of nightsister spellweaver
Can solo single nightsister protector
Can't touch an elder
TKM with Master Doc Buffs, stats migrated to 400/400/400 400/400/400 1000/1000/1000 (human, of course), powerboost, drink one fishak, eat 2 glazed glucose pate, NO ARMOR, keep all enemies intimidated constantly, use warcry often, use muon only in emergency, use good stim-C.

Oh yes the deadly force. I was trying to kill a nightsister the other day and I got my KD and DIzzy on her but she got up on her 5th try and used force lightning on me for 2700 points of damage.
