I want to get something cleared up. Can anyone tell me what will be changed with pub 7 for tkmbesides warcry? Please only things that have been verified by the devs. Thanks

No changes to defense stacking just a cap

Also, melee gets an additional to-hit bonus vs ranged professions.

No, the to hit bonus that was supposed to be there got fixed.
