I'm a Master TKA and Master Brawler, I am currently working on Pikeman since I have the melee bonuses from the other 2 professions. However, when I fight with my polearm weapon I seem to take more damage in PvE then when I use tka skills. Does Melee Mitigation work all the time or only when I am fighting with tka skills? It might be because of the pikeman toughness vs the tka toughness difference, but what about the melee mitigation. If I was to use a pistol and get attackes by a rancor or TKM would the melee mitigation still work? Just a little curious.
