When I first started I PvPed exactly 2 days and died constantly. I was a Pistoleer 1/1/2/1 and a CH 2/2/1/4.

I stopped PvPing and only PvE.

I am now a TKM, Pistoleer 0/0/4/4, Smuggler 0/0/4/0, Fencer 4/0/0/0, Scout 3/0/1/0, Novice Medic, Marksman 0/4/0/0 and Brawler 4/4/0/0.

So I want advice am I ready to PvP or should I change my template around? What is your opinion?

I have an alternate account Master Doctor to buff me.

Thanks

You'll do allright with that template, but you'll still get smacked around by the hardcore template builders.

Right now the scout, pistoleer, smuggler and marksman lines aren't going to be much help to you. Your pistol accuracy is so low that it won't do you a bit of good in pvp. The fencer stances line is great. If you want another large boost in defense, use the skillpoints from dropping pistoleer and smuggler and marksman to go 4440 fencer. That will give you enough defense vs kd to almost never be affected by it. Alternately, you can also keep 0040 pistoleer as this is one of the best defensive trees in the game.

You could stack a lot more ranged/melee defense in there, as well as master brawler for lunge2 and warcry2, but in the upcoming publish defense is being capped and warcry is being nerfed... so that's up to you. If you can do it quickly you'll probably get in over a month's worth of use out of those, but you might want to get used to them being nerfed now.

There's a general overview for you. If you want to fine-tune more, go to a template builder and mess around. Try to get your melee/ranged defenses as close to 125 each as possible, and your def vs kd/dizzy/blind/stun as high as possible.

Novice medic might be contended but personally I like it. Some hardcore templates won't keep it... that's entirely up to you. Helps a lot for PvE.

Pistoleer at tech 4 gets +30 vs Knockdown Id say thats pretty good...and with smuggler 0040 he has a ranged knockdown to try and slow kiters down and run up on them. He does need to get more accuracy if at all possible Id say try to get some boxes in the marksman range, and that will help you with your smuggler specials which are often hard to hit with.

With the caps in place, he may not need the fencer line +125 will be the hard top and if you are above that you are wasting skill points.

I'd drop scout, invest in accuracy or medic skills.. but you probably need novice scout for harvesting meat

Dodge dabbling is overrated, last time I checked dodge doesn't work without a pistol or sword equiped (making it useless when your unarmed.) Also you stop dodging when intimidated.

last ditch is to slow unless your a master pistol with a 1.2 speed pistol.

It looks like you just want to survive long enough to get into melee range. Now just hope they dont have 80+ kinetic armor.
