Teras Kasi Archive

I am going TKA/Pistoleer/Smuggler at this point. So far I have reached Novice Teras Kasi only (Unarmed Brawling was a nightmare)

I could really use some experience on this one. If you have macros that you use regularly to decrease the amount of clicking around and to make things more smooth I would love it ! I just have not played long enough to know how to set things up right for a Teras Kasi

I know many people use Ubese and Composite and I do plan on doing some Pvp so I may be setting myself up for failure I cannot really afford to buy doctor buffs so I am hoping that powerboost/meditate/spice will allow me to be effective in pvp and pve. Does that sounds workable?

As for weapons, I had not planned on using one as a TK (that's right, no armor and no weapon!). Is that going to be severely limiting? I will, of course, use a pistol from that profession for runners and ranged combat.

as far as macros set them up to the attacks you use most often

as far as buffs you won't be good enough for pvp with just meditate etc (you'll need buffs)

as far as armor WEAR IT

as far as weapons find a vk of at least 150 max dam and 2.2 - 2.3 speed and get it sliced

and first skills to learn are kd and dizzy

go to one of the more frequented planets and run out to the edge of the map and there will be plenty of difficult creatures giving at least 1000 xp each or you can go to a cave such as fort tusken or narglatch (narglatch is harder) with some friends and you should be fine

Nah, you can afford buffs. They will only cost you around 10k and this can be made back in one Savage Quenker mission(almost) I can't remember but I think they pay like 6900 or so. No need to group with someone even at novice. Just leave your pet at the outpost and start taking missions buffed with some moun or brandy or both is good.

You'll be fine, trust me.

You can go through the whole profession like this in a few days casually.

I'd like to know...

I've seen many TKA and TKM in my day, and noticed that they can buff their mind somewhat through meditation... I am TKA 1-1-2-1 now and am having trouble understanding how to buff through meditation without power boost. Please help me out and provide some specifics. Thanks.
