Thread: Does TKA CoB (Center of Being) work correctly?

Actually, I notice a huge difference with CoB on than off. What I don't see any of is dodging, evading, or counterattacking notifications, but the combat spam shows a lot more attacks missing me than if I didn't use CoB.

If you are a TKA and even have Fencer, Swordsman and Pikeman you WILL NOT see a Dodge or block etc. when fighting UA ( With or without vk's)
As one person put it, it is "Borked" or at least there is NO indication that it is working.
I have never seen a change when CoB is used and there fore can not justify the HAM and time to use it at the master level.

I was just wondering if the TKA CoB is working correctly. I was in the Geno Lab the other day (armor, buffed, muon, 2 brandy) and I got caught in the mercenary room. There was 10 of them and 1 of me. I was wearing 68% ubese armor, and tried to take them on rather then run and die. The first move I used was CoB and then spammed Spin2. Let's just say I didn't last more then 15 secs. All the mercs pretty much hit me everytime they swung at me. I didn't die from a mind incap, but rather a Health incap. I had over 3k health and lost it all in a matter of seconds. Since I'm a Master TKA, my CoB is very high and I didn't think I should've been hit that many times. I've heard Fencers and Heavy Swordsman say that they rarely get hit when surrounded using their CoB. I was just curious to know if anyone has had any information regarding TKA CoB.

I think its our Defense Acuity that is borked but to asnwer your question no it hasnt worked since it was implemented.. alot of people will tell you otherwise that they see a Dodge or Evade or Counterattack when they COB, but that has a chance to happen regardless. They only reason they see it is b/c they are paying more attention to it than when they dont Center..

Only way you would notice thattk cob WAS actually useful and working as intended is if you did see a blocking/dodging or a counterattack more often in the combat spam.
Evading infact as I understandit, doesn't have anything to do with ua cob.
Evadingisjust a melee defense thing, it has nothing to do with thetk COB borked skill.
UA COB doesn't raise your melee def just the other passive defenses like dodging/blocking and counterattacking.
Now tell us that you noticed the difference when usingTK COB.
