No - the best PvP professions are mix-and-match of a number of professions. Rifleman/TKA is tough, anything with Fencer is tough, anything with Combat medic is king of PvP until the rebalance. Doctor is pretty important to counter the aforementioned CM. TKA, Pistolleer, Smuggler has some success.

Any single class can be completely destroyed by a player that devotes all their points to complementary combat skills.
