tk is speed capped at power tech 4, before that if you use a spd slice knuckler youll hit the cap, so no, spd tapes arent really needed.

Hehe... At +115 you are reducing speed by 115%. Now if you know math, it means that you're attacking so fast that you travel back in time when you get into combat. Of course this is impossible, and in reality your speed can never get below 1 second/hit. You were effectively speed capped around +90 speed based on the weapon speed of your VK.
(Think of it this way... A VK with a weapon speed of 2 is at .2 second/hit with a 90% speed reduction, and even if your slowest special move gives a x4 speed delay that's still only .8 second/hit which is faster than the 1 second/hit speed cap.)

A friend recently told me that we (Master TKA's) don't need unarmed speed tapes because we're already capped if we're masters. Is this accurate? My stats show +115/+131.
