For the first update, what we do, we have what we call a codependence program where players get selected to be representatives for the profession. And they escalate the top five issues that they want to address for their profession or their play style. We listen to that and we make changes in the game based on that.

Pretty good statment up until Raph hit the "We listen to that and we make changes in the game based on that. Maybe he should have included, as his next phrase: "We take every possible precaution that these changes make the problems presented to us worse than before."

What he really means. "Guys we dont need 1000's of emails from everyone telling us whats wrong, so to make it smart we are going to only get email from one guy whos job is to collect all the issues." That was a smart decision on their part.

Thing that stayed same from everquest is that they still do not listen to the issues.
