guys im curretly a master ch and am borred, so im starting up to be a tk. Just a few questions conerning the profession. First does the clothes or armor i wear affect my damage and speed for unarmed lvling? What skill tree is a must to start out with? thanks for the info guys

Armor encumberance will only effect your sub stats, that is, action cost and health/action regeneration. They do not effect your speed or damage when you attack.

I got Balance and Conditioning 1 first, then worked up to 4th tier power techniques, and now I'm working on tier 4 balance and conditioning and will do tier 4 meditate last, and fill up precision striking as I can.

NO! Do not go down the path to the TK master as I did. TK master is useless in PVP which is the only thing there is left to do once you are done xping. You should just surrender TK and be Rifleman or Commando.

There is good evidence from these boards that there will always be those who think they want to be Bruce Lee, but suck at fighting in hand to hand combat even in a virtual world.

I did 90% or more of my hunting on Tatooine. You tend to do more damage against humanoids who use blasters, so doing faction missions may be a good choice. I finished up my TKA mastery on greater desert womp rats and grizzled dewbacks mostly. I can tear through faction missions but they don't spawn as many critters as lairs do.
