Is it worth it? Does it have a higher chance of knocking down the targer or does it simply do more damage?

it works well in pvp, if you get to the target.

but in pve i've been finding that dizzy isnt working on it.

pvp example:a balance1 tka used kd on me...i fell, got up and 5 secs later used kd2 on him...he was so dizzy lol.
